Refund and Cancellation Policy

At GIS Vision India, we are committed to providing our students with the best learning experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation may be necessary. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Course Cancellation by Student:
If you wish to cancel your course admission, you must do so within 7 days of completing the admission process (payment). In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund excluding the registration amount.
After the 7-day period, cancellations will no longer be eligible for a refund, as the course access and materials will have already been provided.
2. Refund Process:
Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the request. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the transaction.
Refunds will only be processed once the payment has been successfully received and cleared.
3. Course Cancellation by GIS Vision India:
In the unlikely event that GIS Vision India cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered a full refund. Alternatively, students may choose to transfer to another course of their choice, subject to availability.
4. Non-Refundable Fees:
Registration fees, late payment fees, or any special charges are non-refundable.
5. Technical Issues or Payment Problems:
If a student encounters technical difficulties or issues with the payment process, please contact our support team immediately. We will assist in resolving the issue and will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

For students making payments from outside of India, please note that the course fees must be converted to Indian Rupees (INR) before making the payment. Once the amount is converted to INR, you can proceed to transfer the funds directly to our bank account using secure international payment methods such as Western Union or any other reliable money transfer service that supports international transfers.
