📲 Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile Application Developer to join our tech team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mobile app development (Android and/or iOS), and be capable of building robust, secure, and scalable applications.

  • Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications (Android/iOS or cross-platform).

  • Collaborate with backend developers and GIS specialists to integrate APIs

  • Optimize application performance for low-resource and rural environments.

  • Participate in UI/UX discussions to deliver simple and intuitive interfaces.

  • Troubleshoot bugs, handle version control (Git), and push updates on a timely basis.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • Strong command of  Android iOS development.

  • Experience working with Firebase, SQLite, or custom APIs for backend integration.

  • Familiarity with offline-first development, background sync, and local storage.

  • Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities.

🧾 Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Experience working on GIS/mobile mapping apps.

  • Ability to deploy apps to Google Play Store / Apple App Store.

  • UI/UX design sense and ability to work with Figma or similar tools.

💰 Payment Terms:

This is a project-based opportunity. No fixed monthly salary will be provided. Payments will be made post successful completion of milestones or project deployment, as agreed upon in advance.
